Given the digital nature of our guides, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at hello@reefwise.sg within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you promptly.
If a guide you purchased is significantly revised within 90 days of your purchase, you will receive a complimentary updated edition at no additional charge.
